We talk a big game and make a lot of jokes. But the truth is, we are just normal folks expressing ourselves. Everything we put out into the interwebs is just in good fun and not to be taken personally. We understand that our sense of humor may not be everyone’s cup of tea, so we will request that those who disagree reciprocate that same understanding.

We come from very humble beginnings. A lot of times, people have to be responsible and act a particular way around certain people or in certain settings. There’s nothing wrong with checking those boxes to be respectful to others or handle business. But, when you do that long enough, sometimes it’s nice to cut loose a little and let the real you out from time to time. Say those words you’re not suppose to say at the office. Act a little goofy if you’ve been professional for the whole day. Make a bad decision or two so it reminds you that you’re not just another cog in the wheel.

The vision for Degen On Deck is to provide apparel without apology. It’s an opportunity and outlet for others to express some of those suppressed feelings through humorous design. Some subtle, some not so subtle. And sometimes, after turning the other cheek, the degenerate side of us is the answer that’s needed. We may have good intentions, but sometimes we make degenerate choices. We are all capable of making a mess of things so, why pretend to be something that we’re not? Be proud that you keep the degen side of you on deck and ready to go!
